In Fond Memory of Karl Poehlmann

Karl and I made preplanned cremation contracts ten years ago. We both agreed to keep it simple — no memorials or services or flowers or “celebration of life events. No fanfare. No frills. No hoopla. Although I did request Father Daily to remember Karl at Mass on the feast of St. Joseph on March 19th. This is Karl’s special patron saint, who was the protector and provider for the Holy Family just as Karl took on that role very seriously for his own family.
